The strategy for this project focused on three main pillars. First, a mobile‑first experience that prioritizes people booking from their phones, making the entire flow as quick and intuitive as possible. The interface was also designed to build trust, using strategic content blocks, patient testimonials, and clear credentials so visitors immediately feel they are in safe, professional hands. Finally, the visual direction leans into a clean, editorial aesthetic, with a calm palette of clinical greens and soft lavenders to create a sense of ease, care, and understated luxury that matches the brand.

The project focused on designing Katzderma’s first dedicated digital experience from the ground up. Intuitive navigation and streamlined service menus make it easy for patients to move from exploring treatments to requesting a consultation without unnecessary friction. A conversion-led layout with clear, persistent sticky calls-to-action keeps booking always within reach, encouraging users to schedule an appointment at key decision moments. By unifying tone, visuals, and layout, the new website establishes a cohesive digital identity that positions Katzderma as a leading medical institution in Cumbayá and aligns its online presence with the quality of care offered at the clinic.
