KatzDerma: UX Strategy & High-Performance Web
Katzderma, a leading dermatology clinic in Ecuador, required a digital platform that mirrored its dual focus: high-precision medical expertise (Mohs Surgery) and premium aesthetic care. The primary challenge was organizing a complex array of services into a seamless, high-end user experience.

THE STRATEGY
The strategy for this project focused on three main pillars. First, a mobile‑first experience that prioritizes people booking from their phones, making the entire flow as quick and intuitive as possible. The interface was also designed to build trust, using strategic content blocks, patient testimonials, and clear credentials so visitors immediately feel they are in safe, professional hands. Finally, the visual direction leans into a clean, editorial aesthetic, with a calm palette of clinical greens and soft lavenders to create a sense of ease, care, and understated luxury that matches the brand.
THE RESULTS
Since launching Katzderma's first dedicated digital experience, the site has welcomed 121 unique visitors in its first month with strong engagement beyond the homepage: nearly 1 in 5 visitors explored the About page, and the Services and Mohs Surgery pages are already driving qualified traffic toward consultation requests. Intuitive navigation and a conversion-led layout with persistent calls-to-action keep booking always within reach. By unifying tone, visuals, and layout, the new website establishes a cohesive digital identity that positions Katzderma as a leading medical institution in Cumbayá with early numbers confirming visitors aren't just landing, they're exploring.
